Pirates Resource Center

One of the things I want to do with this blog is provide a one stop shopping area for Pirates information. This not only will include 40-man roster listings, 25-man roster projections, and payroll figures, but will also include information like attendance history, transaction histories, and season by season records (although I’m not sure there’s many people who want a reminder of how bad the Pirates have been these last 16 years).

The following is what I have in the works so far, with links to the completed items:

1. Season by Season W-L records
2. GM Trade Histories
3. Attendance history
4. Year by Year Transaction Histories
5. Draft Database
6. Season by Season Opening Day Payroll Totals

If there is anything you are interested in seeing, leave a comment and I’ll add it to the list.

Dang, Tim…you’ve been kinda busy, huh? I’m getting to the point where I feel like giving up on the PMB and just chat with you and the few others here in the oomments.

I don’t want to put the PMB out of business (I do more than my fair share of posting there obviously), but I welcome comments and discussions here.

On Friday I went to get my car fixed, and couldn’t log in to the network to access the AccuScore computers in California, so I managed to get a lot of stuff done while waiting for my car to get fixed. This is the result.

The lack of Pirates news also played a factor.
