Arizona Fall League Recap: 10/16

Justin Wilson got the start tonight, while Andrew Lambo and Tony Sanchez played for the offense, leading the Mesa Solar Sox to a 10-1 victory:

-Andrew Lambo (.292) played his fifth game in a row, starting in right field and batting sixth.  Lambo went 2-for-5 with two runs and a double.

-Tony Sanchez (.333) started at catcher, batting seventh.  Sanchez went 0-for-3 with a walk and two strikeouts.  Sanchez allowed a passed ball (2) and didn't see any stolen base attempts.

-Justin Wilson (0.00) pitched two shutout innings, allowing two hits, one walk, and striking out three.  Wilson threw 40 pitches, with 24 going for strikes.

-Brian Leach (0.00) pitched a shutout inning in relief, allowing one hit and striking out one.  Leach threw 20 pitches, with 12 for strikes.
