Keith Law on Lambo

This is a few days old, but Keith Law had a few interesting tweets about Pirates outfield prospect Andrew Lambo. Lambo is currently playing in the Arizona Fall League.

It is hard to know what to make of these comments, as they are obviously very vague. Unless we get additional information about the “on-field behavior” that Law is referencing, I don’t think this is necessarily a cause for concern. But it is certainly something to keep an eye on as we move forward.

Update (10/26/2010, 12:40 PM): Law expanded on his comments in a post on his ESPN blog this morning. Unfortunately, it is behind a pay wall, so I can’t view the specifics. My understanding is that the issue was an argument Lambo had with an umpire. Apparently, he also threw his bat into the stands during a swing and held up the game until it was returned to him. I don’t think I am all that concerned with any of that.
