Arizona Fall League Recap: 11/2

Four Pirates prospects played today, but the Mesa Solar Sox lost 13-8:

-Andrew Lambo (.304) started in right field, batting sixth.  He went 1-for-4 with a double.  He also recorded two errors.

-Josh Harrison (.316) started at second base, batting seventh.  Harrison went 0-for-3 with a walk and a run.  He recorded an error on a missed catch.

-Tony Sanchez (.231) started at catcher, batting fifth.  Sanchez went 0-for-5 with three strikeouts.  He had a throwing error, and was 0-for-1 against base stealers.

-Aaron Pribanic (0.87) pitched two innings, allowing one run on four hits, with no walks and three strikeouts.  The run was the first earned run allowed by Pribanic in his 10.1 innings this year.  He threw 27 pitches with 22 strikes.  Pribanic ranged from 90-93 with his fastball, averaging 91.7 MPH.  He threw two sliders, hitting 82-83.  He also threw three changeups, hitting 83 twice, and 85 on the last change.

Mesa plays Peo Javelinas tomorrow at 12:35 PM MST/3:35 PM EST.  Justin Wilson is the scheduled starter.
