MEXICAN PACIFIC LEAGUE
Naranjeros de Hermosillo 10,  Venados de Mazatlan  9  —
Los Naranjeros took an early 5-0 lead, with 3 runs scoring in the 1st and 2 more in the 3rd.  Los Venados tied the score with a 5-run 6th inning.  An RBI single was followed by a 3-run homer.  Then two more singles, a bunt by LF Rogelios Noris, a walk, and an RBI ground out brought in the fifth run of the inning.  Hermosillo regained the lead with a run in the 7th, and Mazatlan took the lead with 2 runs in the top of the 8th, as Noris contributed a sacrifice bunt.  Hermosillo made it 9-7 with 3 runs in the bottom of the 8th.  Los Venados tied the score again in the top of the 9th, with a 2-run homer.  But the first batter in the bottom of the 9th homered for Hermosillo, for the walk-off win.

AUSTRALIAN LEAGUE
Brisbane Bandits  3,  Adelaide Bite  1  —
A solo homer in the top of the 1st was the only scoring the Bite could do.  They posted 7 more hits, and collected 4 walks plus a hit batter, but could not push any of those base runners across the plate.  The Bite left the bases loaded in the 5th, and had a runner thrown out at the plate in the 8th.  They loaded the bases again in the 9th, but a double play ended the game.  The lack of run support hurt starter Paul Mildren, who pitched 7 innings and allowed 2 runs on 6 hits and 2 walks, with 3 strikeouts.  Brisbane scored those 2 runs in the bottom of the 1st, on 2 doubles, a walk, and a sacrifice fly.  Mildren went on to pitch 6 scoreless innings, working out of a couple of jams.  He was relieved to begin the bottom of the 8th, and the first batter reliever Ryan Murphy faced hit a solo home run.  LF Quincy Latimore went 0-for-4 in the game.
