A Loss For Valdez

MEXICAN PACIFIC LEAGUE  Naranjeros de Hermosillo 10,  Venados de Mazatlan  9  --  Los Naranjeros took an early 5-0 lead, with 3 runs scoring in the 1st and 2 more in the 3rd.  Los Venados tied the score with a 5-run 6th inning.  An RBI single was followed by a 3-run homer.  Then two more singles, a bunt by LF Rogelios Noris, a walk, and an RBI ground out brought in the fifth run of the inning.  Hermosillo regained the lead with a run in the 7th, and Mazatlan took the lead with 2 runs in the top of the 8th, as Noris contributed a sacrifice bunt.  Hermosillo made it 9-7 with 3 runs in the bottom of the 8th.  Los Venados tied the score again in the top of the 9th, with a 2-run homer.  But the first batter in the bottom of the 9th hom...
