For those of you who haven’t ordered the book, you can purchase your copy by clicking the “Buy Now”, either to the right, or at the bottom of this post. While I can’t guarantee any specific shipping dates, since that is out of my control, I can say that the past few weeks when I’ve shipped items out on Saturday, they’ve arrived on Monday. If you want to try to get your copy before the chat, order by Friday night, or early Saturday morning, to ensure that the book ships out on Saturday.
