People are way too hung up on who we might take number one. Not to mention, if Neal gushes over Rendon, he certainly doesn’t help himself from a negotiating standpoint. As far as Harper goes, we’ll never know where they had him rated. There is no benefit whatsoever in disclosing before the draft where they rated him on their board and would they have taken him had he been available. If you want to bash him just to bash him, at least use the moves that he actually made and not make assumptions about moves that weren’t available.
