i was at the erie/altoona game, the sanchez HBP was very questionable… the ump wasn’t even sure and took a while to call it. i was in the front row above the dugout and it looked to me like if it got him, it just barely grazed him. fun time at the game even though we had to leave in the 5th inning, erie was about 38 at gametime with a lot of wind… we were about frozen.

Tough day for the system. At least Gorkys had a good game, I’m hoping he can have a Walker like turnaround this season, the guy is still very young.

I second that, always look forward to this with my coffee. I love Noris not striking out and the AAA guys playing together. But wheres Lambo, must of done nothing.

You have one of the best pages in terms of Pirates minor league system. Great job! – Sanchez gets hit again? – Poor guy! – Our pitching in the minors is the key, but they are in low A-ball. The pitchers we have already on the major league squad needs to win for a couple of years until they develop – If this does not happen, then Nutting will start getting rid of younger prospects to dump salary
