His work behind the plate was magnificent (catcher’s interference, notwithstanding). He has been the best defensive catcher the Bucs have had in ages. He is reminding me of Mike LaValliere a little. I hope they keep him around and pair him with Doumit or Snyder. He’s an almost ideal backup.
