Castro dominated the GCL.
Two minor league transactions this morning:
-Orlando Castro has been promoted from the GCL Pirates to the State College Spikes. Castro was dominating the GCL, putting up a 0.72 ERA in 25 innings, with a 22:2 K/BB ratio. He also pitched three shutout innings in West Virginia earlier this year. I profiled him earlier this week. Fraylin Campos has been transferred to the GCL Pirates.
-Josh Rodriguez has been promoted from Altoona to Indianapolis. This is notable, as Jordy Mercer was removed from the game last night after being hit by a pitch.
