Cedeno has been activated from the DL.
The Pittsburgh Pirates have activated Ronny Cedeno and Steve Pearce from the disabled list, and have optioned relief pitcher Chris Leroux to AAA. All three moves were expected, as they are the corresponding moves to yesterday’s set of moves, when the Pirates optioned Josh Harrison, Pedro Ciriaco, and signed Jason Grilli.
The 25-man roster and the 40-man roster pages have been updated.
