Good days and bad…up and down, but hopefully you are diversified enough to have many successes to offset the failures…and a few great days can offset a few bad weeks. …or one huge year can change the past few, as with Alex pressley. It is not where they start, it is where they end up…and if you struggle early a few times and end up good…you are going to be even better for it. I guarantee Neil Walker would say his struggles in the minors made him a better player. You are gonna struggle in the majors for sure at some point so might as well learn to deal with it when you are 18,19, 20.

My mind tells me to be more patient but when I read what I think are poor numbers I get upset.
