The State College Spikes have made a few roster moves today:
-Samuel Gonzalez has been placed on the disabled list, retroactive to August 30th. Gonzalez is currently out with a shoulder strain.
-Mike Jefferson has been transferred to the GCL Pirates. The move is a paper move. Jefferson threw five shutout innings last night, and isn't scheduled to start the rest of the year.
-Gregory Polanco and Diomedes Mateo have been added to the active roster. Both players were brought up from the GCL this week to work out with the team....
