		<description><![CDATA[What is nice about having these players in your system is that they will push the players on the MLB roster, Marte is not  going to stay in AAA if he performs and Grossman is not going to stay either. IMO, I think Grossman is an upgraded McClouth type player. I would not be surprised to see Grossman walk less in AA than he did in high A, the pitching is better and he will have to take his hacks, much like he is doing in AFL, and he actually could be one of those players that produces more when he gets around better pitchers that throw more strikes.

These players are not secrets to the rest of baseball, along with a couple of good infielders and some very good arms in the minors, the major league team should start to see some benefits, if not in call-ups then in trades.
