Two Pirates Prospects Are AFL Rising Stars

The Arizona Fall League will hold their Rising Stars game on Saturday at 7:15 PM EST on the MLB Network.  The league announced the rosters today, with two Pittsburgh Pirates prospects making the team.  As expected, Gerrit Cole is one of those players.  We heard last week that Cole would make the start in the game, going up against Danny Hultzen.

The second prospect to join the team is outfielder Robbie Grossman.  This comes as no surprise, as Grossman is either leading, or in the top five of almost every category in the Arizona Fall League this year.

Last year the Pirates only had one representative, catcher Tony Sanchez.
