Seven Runs in the 7th inning gave Los Caribes the big win, as they posted 19 hits, while holding Los Tigres to just 5 hits. Los Tigres scored one run in the 1st inning on a double and two ground outs. They added 4 runs in the 7th on a grand slam that followed two walks and a hit batter. In the 9th, Los Tigres led off with two singles and a walk. C Raul Chavez's ground out drove in one run, and LF Jorge Cortes doubled in two more runs.
