First Pitch: New Schedules

Published:

Minor league camp is getting started this week, and games are about to start in major league camp. We’ll have a new schedule on the site starting tonight, so that you’ll know what to expect throughout Spring Training.

Kristy and I will both have featured articles twice a day. The first group of articles will go up at 11:00 AM. The second group of articles will go up at 11:00 PM. All of the articles will be viewable on the main page of the site. Kristy has a feature tonight on the new batting stances for Andrew McCutchen and Pedro Alvarez. I’ll have a feature on Robbie Grossman tomorrow morning. Starting tomorrow night we’ll each have a featured article in each time slot.

We will still have articles throughout the day. Both of us will have posts on our blogs that we will update throughout the day. We’ll have updates anytime there is news announced. Kristy will have recaps from the Spring Training games, while I’ll have updates on the day’s events at minor league camp at Pirate City. Those articles will go up sometime after the games/practices end at each camp.

I’ll still have this nightly “First Pitch” update on the blog. Overall we will have around seven to ten articles per day, and maybe more depending on how much news is released that day.
