Hurdle said it wouldn’t be as a platoon situation. Just to give the young lefties a break off tough left-handed starters once in a while. Presley and Alvarez were mentioned. Hurdle said young lefties, so McLouth still in play. Presley will get the majority of starts in left though. Garrett Jones, and Yamaico Navarro have been getting work in the outfield during early work at McKechnie.

Must be wrong, but I thought AP had decent splits vs. LH.

PA doesn’t, at this point, hit RHs, so what does it matter? He needs to hit ML pitching if he’s not at AAA.

I imagine it would be Navarro. With the way Isee the bench it would be Navarro replacing Presley, Harrison replacing Alvarez and McGehee of course starting his half of the platoon at 1st.

Which RH OF would Presley be sitting in favor of? I can’t think of one, not to mention it doesn’t make sense in the first place.
