The Pittsburgh Pirates have placed Aaron Pribanic and Jarek Cunningham on the Double-A disabled list.
Pribanic was placed on the DL with a right shoulder injury. The right hander had a 7.36 ERA in 11 innings over three starts, with a 6:11 K/BB ratio.
Cunningham was placed on the DL with a left wrist injury, retroactive to April 20th. Cunningham has a .243/.317/.405 line in 37 at-bats this year. He's been injured every year as a pro.
Greg Picart will replace Cunningham on the roster. Altoona has one spot open, with just 11 active pitchers. Indianapolis recently demoted left-hander Kris Johnson back to Altoona to make room for Jared Hughes....
