Pittsburgh Pirates outfield prospect Josh Bell left the West Virginia Power game tonight after feeling a tweak in his left knee rounding first base. The 2011 second round pick singled to center field with two outs in the third inning, but pulled up rounding first, and was tagged out between first and second. He was replaced by Willy Garcia in the top of the fourth.
Bell will be evaluated by the team physicians tomorrow to determine the severity of the injury.
