A few weeks ago we held the first Draft Street free roll, giving you a chance to win part of a $200 prize pool, paid out to the top six teams. All you had to do was enter a FREE, one-night fantasy baseball contest. I got a lot of good feedback from those of you who joined, with a few blaming me for their eventual rehab from Draft Street's style of fantasy baseball. Because of that positive feedback, Pirates Prospects has teamed up with Draft Street again for another free roll. This time the prize pool is $250!

This free contest will be salary-cap style drafting where everyone tries to assemble the best team out of the available players. You will have a $100,000 budget to build a team of 14 players consisting of the following: Catcher, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, 3 OF, 2 Utility, 2 SP, 1 RP, and...

Prior to starting Pirates Prospects, Tim worked with AccuScore.com, providing MLB, NHL, and NFL coverage to various national media outlets, including ESPN Insider, USA Today, Yahoo Sports, and the Wall Street Journal. He also writes the annual Prospect Guide, which is sold through the site. Tim lives in Bradenton, where he provides live coverage all year of Spring Training, mini camp, instructs, the Bradenton Marauders, and the GCL Pirates.
