Justin Wilson Leaves Start With Injury

Published:

Indianapolis Indians left-hander Justin Wilson left his start this afternoon with an unknown injury. Wilson threw three shutout innings to start off his day, giving up one hit, no walks, and striking out one. He came off the mound during his warm ups prior to the fourth inning, and was replaced with Rick VandenHurk.

No word yet on the injury. I’ll have an update when more information becomes available.

UPDATE: Wilson left with tightness in his right groin.
