Pirates Recall Jared Hughes

The Pittsburgh Pirates have recalled Jared Hughes to replace right-hander Evan Meek in the bullpen. Meek was demoted to Triple-A after yesterday’s game. Hughes was demoted to the minors on April 21st, and made a brief appearance on the roster in the double-header against the Rockies last week.
