congrats, Tony!

based on his recent hot streak, I had figured Sanchez would be in line for a promotion this year, but figured it would be at/after the All Star break. hopefully he seizes this opportunity, and we see him in Pittsburgh by next year.

Everytime I have seen Sanchez I have been impressed with him, he is a hustler, he has a great attitude, kind of reminds me of Harper. I am not comparing talent here, just attitude.

Good for him. It’s his time to step up and be the man. I’m interested to see how he does. They obviously don’t expect Morales or whatever his name is to be around much longer.

In a way, keeping up with the team through news and stats, it seems as though it’s too soon, but maybe it’s a good time to test him. Sometimes expectations are good to have. Your catcher should be a leader on your team, and should step up in situations like these. Let’s see what happens.
