Craig Wilson, a complete statue, played a LOT of Right.

Not an example of mediocre let alone remarkable plate discipline. Take away the first few games and it is even worse.

Drew Sutton helped CARRY this team into the break and has shown remarkable good plate disipline and contact ability… in a lot of ways he reminds me of Neil Walker Part II, and I like another Neil Walker on the team thank you very much…
Would I prefer to see a Marte in RF and then see what Drew can do at SS, well yes that would suit me better – but this guy deserves no rotten eggs from Buctown.
Go Drew! Go Bucs!

I get what you are saying though. Anyone with some ability.

I agree too. He is a stopgap who has fortunately played pretty well but his shortcomings are starting to show. Very glad Presley is coming back soon. I really do like Presley…but I’d still like us to see a good on base avg guy to bat one or two. We severely need this. I don’t care if we get obp from the OF, at SS, or both.

He seems to do well when he first joins a team and then cools off considerably (he did the same thing at T Bay). Hopefully Presley is back for the Rockies.

He’s 11 for 44 in his last 10 games with 15K and 1BB. He should not be hitting leadoff and he cannot play OF to save himself. He’s a journeyman 25th guy on a roster that got hot for a week, enough already.
Presley should be in LF tonight, actually Marte should but who knows why the Bucs like to wait until hot streaks end before considering promotions.
