st1300b…..I was calling him a bust early on, and am happy he is hitting like he is. I fully expect him to hit for a higher avg than he has. You’re right about ‘scratching the surface”. Never been so happy to be so wrong about a player.

An article that I look forward to reading in the near future is the one where people just accept the fact that Pedro has not only established himself as a legit “Non-bust” MLB player and additionally has shown considerable class and humility along the way. He is a high character kid with an elite power ability and he probably still hasn’t scratched the surface of what he’s capable of. That article is coming soon, he’s earned it.

I am not the first to say it, but I do wonder if night vision is an issue for Pedro. As much as I enjoy seeing him mature this year, the difference between night-and-day is hard to dismiss.
