st: I hope this is simply a way to get him mentally ready to be a pitcher, because as a hitter he is 2 levels below and 2 years older than kids we have at Lo A such as Alen Rery Hanson, Gregory Polanco, and Jose Osuna. We also have a good group of hitters at Short-Season which is a level above him. As a triple digit thrower, he must have had mechanical or mental blocks because he cannot seem to find the plate – mechanics and mental prep are even more important in hitting. 21 already, playing in the GCL, and batting barely Mendoza is not what I would think of as a prospect.

Allie will need a full off-season I think to get into position player condition, and prepare for being a power hitting 3b. I’m not reading too much into this season. He better show up raking next year though.

i really like Sadler been following his stats since i kept seeing his name always relevant, maybe time to put him in top 20 prospects, he’s not a sleeper anymore. we got room now since HOU bought some good prospects from us. i consider it a purchase bc like with AJ deal the amount of money dictated the prospects
