It may be one of those things though, that since he was injured and missed a good bit of time this year, that he’ll just finish the season in AA and start in Indianapolis next year.

The league has figured out Gaby Sanchez!

I am higher than high on him.

However, don’t forget, there’s also Santos as the same level as Grossman who’s (statistically) looking very good.

He’s been about their best reliever. Hopefully he’ll start getting some longer outings.

There’s no room for him in West Virginia. They’ve got Polanco, Garcia, and Lewis playing the outfield on most nights. I doubt they’d skip him up to Bradenton for the end of the season.

I could see him moving to Bradenton next year, similar to what Alex Dickerson did this year (after Dickerson spent all of his time in SC in 2011). It would be easier to fit him there, as I could see someone like Willy Garcia staying back in West Virginia to start the year and work on his plate patience.

Way more OF depth now. Hopefully somebody else will have a Polanco-style breakout next year.

Good to see Barnes being an on base machine! Maybe that’s why Grossman was expendable?
