His velocity has been lower when I’ve seen him in camp than what it was supposed to be and I haven’t seen any offspeed stuff that impressed me. His command wasn’t all that good, either. I don’t consider him a prospect at this stage.

Possibly what he’s been working on and how he’s progressing? The only thing I really remember about him is that he got a fairly substantial bonus out of Cuba but he seems to be doing rather poorly for a 21 year old in the GCL.
