Willy Garcia hit his 12th homer of the year. Garcia has been struggling since the start of June, with an OPS of .686 in June and .687 in July, heading in to tonight. Gregory Polanco was hitting for a .398/.472/.602 line in 93 at-bats in July coming in to tonight’s game. In his last five starts, Zack Dodson has allowed five earned runs in 29 innings, with a 21:9 K/BB ratio. John Dreker looked at what Dodson has been working on in his bullpen sessions.
