I hope he was awful for them, because I hate the Yankees. I like getting Qualls though.
He’s had a good run in the past, and has always been a good ground ball pitcher, even during his tougher times. Many of the hits he gives up are weak grounders that just find a hole.
Hanrahan & Grilli were going through tough times when the Pirates first got them too.
Many guys like that who have pitched very good in the past have a way of rediscovering themselves eventually.
