Jeff Locke Officially Promoted, Alex Presley Optioned to AAA

The Pittsburgh Pirates have officially promoted left-handed pitcher Jeff Locke to the majors. Kristy Robinson first reported last night that he was coming up from Indianapolis. To make room, the team has optioned outfielder Alex Presley to Triple-A.
