The only difference is that this year we won the 19 inning game. I think the key is to actually not play any 19 inning games, it must be bad luck all the way around lol.

7-13 in the 20 games in 20 days stretch. Its pretty lucky that we are only a half game out of the WC. Things have to turn around this weekend, they have slid as far as their cushion will allow.

On the bright side, we are only 10 games out of getting a second top 10 pick in the first round of the draft. LOL, just trying to keep it light here, we all know what is going on here no matter how much we don’t want it to be.

It sure seems like this team doesn’t display much urgency until about the 2nd time through the lineup… even against a LHP, I’d much rather see both Travis Snider and Garret Jones in the outfield than Tabata. His approach for a leadoff hitter in putrid. All the warts are starting to show. Now that we’ve been passed by the Cards, I really hope we can turn it back on but I have a really bad feeling about this team’s direction. Everything is going bad at once.
