The difference is that Price was already on the 40-man in 2008. Cole isn’t on the 40-man. Price had also made four starts in Triple-A, while Cole is only starting to get settled down in Double-A.

I usually answer everyone’s questions via comments, e-mails that I get, or Twitter. So I’ve been looking for a free alternative and continuing to answer questions this way, rather than paying a couple hundred dollars a month to keep a weekly chat going.
