		<description><![CDATA[He is likely out of my top 30, just have to figure out who is eligible still at the end of the year. If the draft class this year wasn&#039;t so bad, coupled with players being traded/graduating to majors, I would say for certainty that he is out, but he could squeeze in at the bottom. The start I saw this year, I didn&#039;t see a pitcher who was even as good as last season at the same level. I&#039;d even add on that he is a soft-tossing righty who elevates the ball too much. Even the starts with good results(5IP 1ER in each of last two games) he is still giving up nine baserunners a game. 


If he is throwing 88-90 up in the zone next April/May in Bradenton, his stats could get very ugly]]></description>
