First Pitch: Future Payroll and Player Pages Updated

We’re doing some end of the year work on the site, getting some of the featured sections ready for next year. The following sections have been updated for the end of the 2012 season.

**Wilbur Miller has updated all of the player pages. You can view the pages for every player in the organization by clicking over to that section of the site.

**The Future Payroll Page has been updated. Basically I removed the 2012 season, and updated a few players according to the page rules for future service time (assume the player is on the active roster from the start of the 2013 season until free agency).

There are some players on the list who are eligible for free agency. There are also two players who are on the 60-day disabled list, and aren’t officially on the 40-man roster. I only update those items when players officially file for free agency, or when official moves are made to reinstate players.

**Tomorrow I’ll have the very early 2013 40-man payroll projection uploaded.

  1. The future payroll page has Justin Wilson only with 5 more years. Surely the couple times he pitched didn’t use up this year of team control??? Thank you for all the effort that was put into this.
