Have other teams had more success than the pirates getting players in past drafts with over slot bonuses? There’s been a lot of talk about the money we’ve spent and the lack of impact prospects from all the money on the draft but is the blame more on development or draft strategy?

I really appreciate the feeds from Spring Training, and the Pirates are spending more time in Bradenton with pre-season, post Spring Training, when the kids in the Minors are waiting for their season to begin, and then instructs in October. Bradenton has become the team’s secondary world headquarters. Not a bad place to live either. Good luck and I look forward to receiving the Prospect Guide and the Prospect Annual.
