It’s tough adjusting to a bench role in the majors, when you always started in the minors. He was a consistent .300 hitter coming up through the minors, but he was also moved fairly quickly. He played just 249 games above low-A ball. Plus he will still be 25 years old on Opening Day.

Plays hard and gets the most out of his talent. His character/personality seem to mesh with everyone else in the clubhouse too. But nice guys don’t win you games. Could keep both (DeJesus and Harrison).

However, I do think Harrison has the type of attitude that he will get the most out of his talent so we’ll see how he may have improved over last season.
