Josh had good stats but he has an inconsistent fb which could hurt him as he climbs. He was not in Tim’s Top 50.

He is in the “Additional Prospects” part of the book which is probably why he doesn’t get mentioned much by Tim.

JMHO, but he doesn’t get MY heart pounding.

This year he was #23. He was even recognized as a minor league pitcher of the year candidate last season for having almost identical numbers to Gerrit Cole.
