The Home run Lambo hit was to right field and cleared the wall, bleachers and concourse and off of the wing warehouse building. I was sitting with an Aeros employee who stated that it was the longest home run he has seen in several years at Canal Park.
Also impressive were line drives off the wall in the left center power ally by Santos Dickerson to the right center ally. For one night, at least, the Curve was putting on a clinic.

I could definitely believe Lambo being real, he had some injuries issues last year and really worked hard this off-season, plus he is healthy. He was a top hitting prospect at one time and I’ve seen him flash potential in person. He crushed a ball in Trenton when I saw him, that went over their high scoreboard in right-center on a line drive.
I’ll hold off on Allie for now. He was a very good hitter in HS, which he isn’t far removed from and has been back at hitting for almost a full calendar year now, so he should be able to hold his own, but I wouldn’t expect a .300 hitter who draws walks at this point. More likely a low on base guy who hits 15 homers and 30 doubles, with lots of strikeouts. His power is huge, just don’t know if he will make enough contact to make it usable power
