A) Jones batting 2nd (which I don’t like either)
B) Jones running on the pitch which Cutch stroked for a double
C) Wandy pitching to Lillibridge
D) Watson (?!) pitching in the 7th
E) WATSON BUNTING, something JBell has been teaching to all
F) Watson pitching to DeJ in the 8th, and being available for Rizzo later, had someone got aboard
G) Grilli, easy decision

H urdle) THE BIG BOY pulled ALL the right switches, when needed!

The hitting is still as cold as it looked at PNC last night, but some very nice clutch hitting and the bullpen looks very strong. Grilled Cheese was throwing 93 in the cold, but his command and location was very strong. Loved seeing Watson come through, especially with a team-assist sac bunt in the 8th, and then Starling Marte bringing in the run. The Jones at 2nd in the order experiment needs to end. Chicago’s Catcher has the quickest pop time I have seen in years.
