    What is Creasy’s ceiling? A #4?

    • John Dreker

I would guess that is possible, although I’m not sure it is likely. I saw him three times last year and he showed some signs of being a good pitcher, but his approach was also fastball heavy and when he did throw breaking pitches, they weren’t effective. At his velocity, I’m not sure how that will play up at higher levels. There is no rush with him, so if he could add some polish to his off-speed offerings, then you’ll have a Brandon Cumpton type as far as quality. Basically he had good results last year and so far this year, he just isn’t a pitcher that excites you. If I had to guess, I’d say he makes it as a long man in the bullpen at some point/spot starter
