Baseball America released their top 20 prospect list for the Gulf Coast League, kicking off their league-by-league prospect rankings. Pirates Claim Pitcher Chaz Roe, Morton to Disabled List

The Pittsburgh Pirates have claimed pitcher Chaz Roe off waivers from the New York Yankees and they have placed Charlie Morton on the 60-day disabled list to make roster space.
