Pirates Claim Infielder Tommy Field From Angels

The Pittsburgh Pirates have made a waiver claim, picking up infielder Tommy Field from the Los Angeles Angels on Anaheim. With the addition of Field, the 40-man roster in now full. He has been assigned to AAA Indianapolis. Field has spent parts of three seasons in the Majors, 2011-12 with the Colorado Rockies and 2013 with the Angels.
