Pirates Recall Jaff Decker, Option Brent Morel

The Pittsburgh Pirates have recalled outfielder Jaff Decker, and have optioned Brent Morel to Triple-A. The set of moves was expected, as we heard late last night that Decker was heading to Pittsburgh.
