According to Dejan Kovacevic, the Pittsburgh Pirates have reached an agreement with Colombian shortstop Dilson Herrera for $220 K.  Herrera is 16, a switch hitter, and 5′ 10″.  He has the third biggest reported bonus of the year for the Pirates, behind Luis Heredia ($2.6 M) and Willy Garcia $280 K).
