Pirates Dominican Pitcher Suspended 50 Games

Pittsburgh Pirates Dominican Summer League pitcher Delvin Hiciano has been suspended 50 games after testing positive for metabolites of Stanozolol, according to Maury Brown of Biz of Baseball.
