Prospect Highlights: Lead-Off Homer From Gregory Polanco

On Friday night in Syracuse, Gregory Polanco homered to lead-off the game, which turned out to be the only run of the game for the Indians. It was his seventh homer of the season. Polanco has been getting on base a ton in the lead-off spot, a total of 15 times in his seven games at the top. Prospect Highlights: Triple From Alen Hanson, Tony Sanchez’s Second Homer

Tony Sanchez had a huge game for Indianapolis yesterday and he has been an RBI machine in AAA this year. He hit two homers on Wednesday, including the opposite field shot shown in the video below, which was his second homer of the game. Sanchez has played 14 games now for Indianapolis and he has 17 RBIs to go along with a .966 OPS. Prospect Highlights: More Strong Defense By Gregory Polanco, RBI Hit From Alen Hanson

In yesterday’s highlights, we saw Gregory Polanco make a nice shoestring catch. In last night’s Indianapolis game, he made this nice leaping grab going back towards the wall shown in the video below.
