Jameson Taillon finishes his first season, Aaron Pribanic goes six strong innings, and a lot of offense throughout the system.

Zack Von Rosenberg has a strong finish to his 2011 season, and Quincy Latimore has a big day at the plate.

Strong starts from Zack Dodson and Nick Kingham, and Starling Marte extends his hitting streak to 14 games with a 3-for-5 night at the plate.

Strong pitching performances from Jeff Locke, Phillip Irwin, and Mike Jefferson, plus some power from Jordy Mercer, Andrew Lambo, and Alex Dickerson.

Kyle McPherson makes a strong start, Jordy Mercer homers for the second straight night, and a good day at the plate from Tony Sanchez.

The Pirates’ affiliates went 5-0 on the day, thanks to some great pitching, and a lot of hitting from top to bottom in the system.

Pedro Alvarez homers, Jameson Taillon has his best start of the year, and a lot of hitting from the West Virginia Power.

A good start for Nick Kingham, a bad start for Zack Von Rosenberg, and big days at the plate for Drew Maggi, Wes Freeman, and most of the Altoona and State College hitters.
