Pirates Plan to Meet With Agent For Jeff Francis

Yesterday we heard conflicting reports on whether the Pittsburgh Pirates had interest in free agent left hander Jeff Francis. Jon Paul Morosi has an update today which says the Pirates are indeed looking at Francis. He notes that Francis’ agent plans to meet with the Pirates, Mariners, and Twins this week. Derrek Lee Updates: Monday
